*NHS Qualification … to be eligable for a free NHS Sight Test you must be:
- Under 16
- Under 19 in Full Time Education
- Over 60
- Over 40 with a parent/child/sibling with Glaucoma
- Suffering from Glaucoma or Diabetes
- Registered Sight Impaired or Severely Sight Impaired
- Complex lenses necessary
- Pension Credit with guarantee
- Income Support
- Income Based Job Seekers Allowance
- Tax Credit
- HC2 certificate holder
